Oh DiGize, you’re our faithful oily friend!!

Two days ago my hubby wasn’t feeling great. He was experiencing some digestive discomfort even though he has been exercising and eating pretty decent. Like most guys he is not a swooning oils fan BUT when I suggested he use DiGize for digestive wellness support, he gave it a try. He placed 1-2 drops of DiGize in his hand and then put the oil on his abdomen.

The next morning he was feeling better. We used the DiGize again last evening and he has shown more improvement.

I scan for this oil blend quite often. I’m not sure whether it’s simply being over 45 (!) or because I’ve gone through colon cancer and treatment. Either way, this gem of a blend is a staple in our home and in my purse.

DiGize comes in Premium Starter Kits when you join Young Living because it works. It doesn’t SMELL delightful to everyone, but those who have experienced the incredible MAGIC of DiGize don’t even notice the aroma. (My husband would, in this case, agree!)

DiGize is a powerhouse blend of Tarragon, Ginger, Peppermint, Juniper, Lemongrass, Anise and Patchouli. I can’t tell you just HOW many times this oil has SAVED me on long road trips, after eating just a bit too much at dinner and more.

This oil goes with me everywhere — literally everywhere. Traveling is hard on the digestive system, so you will want to have this one for sure. I love when tummies are happy, and I will fight to keep them that way! DiGize helps me to do just that.

Home is Even Sweeter with Essential Oils!

I don’t know about you, but I’m so ready for Spring! This morning I left our home early to be at church for worship team prep. Palm Sunday. The week before Easter. The dawn was quiet and lovely and hushed and fresh with hope. I think sometimes the earth knows exactly what the celebration is all about. Plants start pushing up through the quotes about spring joy motivation living well after cancer essential oils binghamton vestal johnson city owego endicottearth and some, like the daffodils pictured here, are just about ready to burst open.

The things that bring you and me joy? We need to focus more on those things. For me? This time of year is especially about focusing on the Joy-Giver, Jesus.

When I’m thinking about other things that bring me joy, essential oils are on the top of that list. I love helping people discover ways to pursue life and wellness with less chemicals. Being able to diffuse oils while I write this little blog post is joyful (I have Lemongrass diffusing – yummy). Yesterday I made my very first batch of body butter with cocoa butter, shea butter, beeswax and Frankincense and Lavender oils to share with a friend. Sharing the goodness of natural products gives me great joy, too.

What do YOU do this time of year to make your home sweeter?

PS: My team is doing a FREE Clean Living 101 on ways to use the natural goodness of pure essential oils in your home. Interested? Message me at goodhopebloggers [@] gmail [dot] come or connect with me on my Facebook page and I’ll send you an invitation!
